What You’ll Do:
Projects across multiple HR verticals like HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, etc.
Research analysis, benchmarking and designing solutions related to HR initiatives for the organization
Support the HR team in organization wide initiatives related to culture, OD, branding or talent development
Collaborate with stakeholders, People Leaders, HRBPs, and HR partner groups
Analyze industry trends and metrics in partnership with the HR CoEs to develop solutions, programs and policies
Consult and share recommendations for initiatives across different HR functions
Facilitate the design of associate training programs on topics relevant to the organization.
The Ideal Candidate Would Have:
Thought leadership and ability to define initiatives
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
The ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
