Process Overview*

EDPP (Enterprise Data Protection and Privacy) provides services across CSWT organizations by driving “Data Protection” framework, and provide/facilitate consultation, partnerships, and support. Sanitize NPI/PCI data in lower-level environments across CSWT. Provision certification data in PROD across CSWT for Postproduction Certifications, Break-Fix Support, Associates Training and Disaster Recovery support and also Provision certified data in lower level environments across consumer technology.

Responsibilities*

The successful candidate should be able to design, develop and implement ETL solutions using Datastage and other relevant tools. Should analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective ETL processes. Should optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency. Should be able to troubleshoot and resolve ETL related issues. Should collaborate with data analysts, architect and other team members to ensure data quality and integrity. Will develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and systems. Will stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data integration.

Requirements*

• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Minimum 7 years of experience as Datastage developer.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing and Data modeling.
• Proficiency in Datastage, including stage design, job design, and transformation development.
• Experience with SQL and database management systems.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education*

• BE, B.Tech / Post Graduation
• Certifications in SQL, Python
