You will:
- Provide first-line IT support for photo studio staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and maintain photography equipment, workstations, and related technology infrastructure
- Lead and implement IT projects focused on improving network reliability, facility operations, and hardware deployments- Monitor and maintain network performance, ensuring minimal disruption to photo production- Deploy new hardware and lead upgrades for site-wide equipment (laptops, networking, AV)

About the team
You will be part of a small team of IT engineers focused on site reliability, but tightly aligned with sister teams of Systems Engineers and Software Developers who build the tools deployed at our site. You will have the chance to be the voice of your customer and influence what they build.
- 4+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
- 3+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
- 4+ years of technical support experience
- 4+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment
- Experience driving IT projects to completion with little supervision
- 3+ years working with Apple systems (laptops and server components)
