Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Drive large enterprise scale software development programs from initiation to closure.
  • Support Production Change management and incident management process, and improvements around it.
  • Support Process and projects around Products / third party software's like Kubernetes ( K8S), Istio etc., EOL (End of life) and lights on activities.
  • Support the process and Projects around security and compliance requirements like WAF, FedRamp, SOC2 reviews, audits.
  • Support Architecture programs and reviews with the Informatica Architectural Review Board and Engineering leads.
  • Manage project planning and execution, ensuring projects/releases are well-defined, efficiently managed, and delivered with high quality.
  • Elevate our program management methodologies by leveraging your expertise in Agile development practices and industry best practices.
  • Ensure consistent use and implementation of Informatica's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology across all projects.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to assess the technical complexity of proposed features, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Define, manage, report, and maintain dashboards to track project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other relevant metrics.

What We'd Like to See

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in handling large enterprise scale software development programs.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices.
  • Work between Engineering/R&D, Cloud Operations, Compliance & Security, and Product Management teams in a collaborative fashion.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence wiki.
  • Experience in managing projects with cloud service providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including knowledge of cloud services like compute, storage, networking, databases, and serverless computing.
  • Understanding of SaaS software development principles, including multi-tenancy, scalability, security, and data privacy.
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements relevant to SaaS products, such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2.
