Description
This is a hands-on role for developing and supporting new and existing features. This role requires partnering with cross-functional teams to effectively coordinate the complex interdependencies inherent in application development.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience building pixel-perfect, robust, complex, and accessible user interfaces and applications
  • Experience with JavaScript ES6/TypeScript
  • Experience with any advanced JavaScript UI framework such as ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, or similar
  • Broader web development ecosystem expertise is a bonus such as Webpack, Babel, Mocha/Jest, Cypress.io/WebDriver.io (http://cypress.io/WebDriver.io), WebGL, GraphQL, WebRTC, ESLint, etc.
  • Experience integrating cutting-edge Generative AI technologies into user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Datastores, Large Language Models (LLMs), and LangChain or Llama-index.
  • Additional programming language experience such as Java, Node.js Python is a bonus
  • Ability to be a strong partner and effectively communicate and collaborate within a team and with project stakeholders
Education & Experience
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
