We are the Go-To-Market Operations team at BMC, dedicated to driving business success with agility and a focus on outcomes. Our mission is to support business groups and partner departments by aligning our efforts with four key priorities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver Operational Excellence – Lead your organization operational cadence including strategic planning, forecasting & pipeline management thru a laser focus on metrics and operational reporting.
- Drive Strategic Transformation – Support your organization transformation projects with program management support to ensure strategic alignment, key stakeholder engagement, and successful execution.
- Establish close working relationships with BMC executives, colleagues, and stakeholders. Leads through influence.
- Data preparation, transformation, and analysis to support analytics and process execution
- Drive and participate in new initiatives that positively impact the organization in a meaningful way
- Continuously evaluate, seek feedback, and look for ways to improve the level of service and support to our stakeholders
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Program Management or similar function leading multiple complex initiatives from conception to execution in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience working with sales and marketing automation software. (e.g. Salesforce.com)·
- Strong data analytics and program management skills
- Expert in sales processes and quota/territory management with a solid understanding of the Enterprise Software space
- Ability to take ownership of end-to-end processes and drive decisions
- Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches juggling multiple competing deadlines. Can adapt quickly to changes and possesses a strong work ethic
- Meticulous organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while also ensuring accuracy of work through attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills to generate ideas to address challenges identified
- Possess the ability to both understand data and translate the “so-what” into digestible business language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to make compelling, data-driven, recommendations for change at all levels in the organization
