As a Business Analyst in our Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and optimizing user satisfaction and system efficiency. You’ll work alongside the Routing & Labeling group and our Data Science team to design models, provide business input, and evaluate performance. In your day-to-day, you will:
Lead the planning, prioritization, and oversight of the group’s roadmap and projects
Manage and improve the maintenance of production models
Create databases that describe Customer Care on a user level
Identify new optimization opportunities to enhance user satisfaction and system efficiency
Collaborate closely with Data Science teams on model design, business input, and evaluations
