You’ll manage a diverse sales team of experienced professionals and maintain your sales and technical expertise to engage directly with prospects and work cross-functionally. You’ll drive operational efficiencies across the sales organization to ensure we build a best-in-class team that scales.
What you'll do:
- Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain a high performing team
- Coach and motivate your teams to become top achievers and future leaders
- Exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets by effectively managing the sales team
- Work directly with leading brands and companies to help them solve their online video needs
- Maintain CRM data and pipeline within Salesforce.com
- Develop best practices for customer attraction from ideal customer target identification, personalized prospecting through to the closing process
- Understand customer and market trends
- Develop, share and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all key competitors
- Continue to develop your professional skills, mentor others and seek mentorship
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- 10+ years of experience working in a sales
- 7+ years of experience leading sales teams
- MEDDPICC experienced
- Proven track record of supporting complex sales campaigns into strategic customers
- Experience with SaaS technology
- Solid sales foundation built through sales training and practical experience,
- Passion for Vimeo and our creator community
- Ability to build relationships with potential customers, understand their environment, and introduce new concepts to solve problems
- Comfort with a fluid, fast-paced environment and navigating matrixed organizations
- Passion for problem solving with a roll-up-your sleeves demeanor
