What will you do in this role

• Conducting thorough testing and validation of CRM applications to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product teams, to identify and resolve any issues or defects.

• Designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using the Robot Framework and Selenium for Veeva CRM applications.

• Writing and maintaining Python scripts for automation tasks, ensuring robust and scalable test processes.

• Maintaining and continuously improving automated tests to ensure they remain effective and up to date with the latest application changes and requirements.

• Providing detailed documentation and reports on testing activities, results, and any identified issues or defects.

• Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.

• Well-versed with all the phases of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) including defect logging and closure.

• Researching and implementing industry best practices and new testing technologies to continuously improve our QA processes.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of test cases, test execution logs, and defect logs.

• Continuously exploring and implementing new tools and methodologies to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the testing processes.

What should you have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any Technology Stream.

• 8+ years of hands-on experience working as an Automation quality assurance engineer with a reputed company.

• Proficiency in theRobot Frameworkand Selenium for automated testing.

• Strong knowledge of Python for writing and maintaining automation scripts.

• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment ( CI/CD ) pipelines.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Familiarity with Veeva CRM applications.

• Solid understanding of SDLC processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.

• Ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.

• Experience with testing methodology like Agile SCRUM and Waterfall.

These skills would be an advantage to have

• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare domain.

• Expertise in API testing to ensure integration reliability and performance.

• Experience in mobile testing across various devices and platforms.

• Understanding of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SQL (Structured Query Language).

• Experience with test management tools like ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and JIRA XRAY.

• Familiarity with AI Technologies such as GPT and Copilot.
