What you'll do

Assist the GRF Germany Catering team with the following:

• Planning, development, and execution of new strategies and catering concepts
• Professional interface management between caterers, GRF, and our internal and external partners
• Support in the contract creation process (preparation of invitations to tender, evaluation of bids, contract negotiations, drawing up and monitoring of contracts)
• Definition, support, and optimization of processes
• Invoice verification and cost optimization
• Quality management, reporting, and analyses
• General administrative tasks

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Food management, gastronomy, business administration, finance, or related fields
• Computer skills: Good to excellent MS Office skills; experience in creating presentations and documentation, knowledge of SAP R/3 would be an advantage
• Language skills: Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written)
• Soft skills: Customer focus; ability to work independently; goal-oriented; assertive; structured way of working; fast learner
• Other: Good business acumen; experience in gastronomy or corporate catering

We manage facilities, services, real estate, and construction at our office buildings and data centers.
