In this role, you will provide administrative support to 2 Directors, handling the calendar with precision, understanding priorities and ensuring most efficient use of time. This position requires the ability to anticipate needs, exercise critical thinking, and provide effective solutions while upholding a high standard of integrity and professionalism.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Optimizing productivity by efficiently handling the Directors’ calendars, prioritizing tasks and deadlines, while maintaining a keen understanding of key priorities. - Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners including other executive level EAs.- Providing administrative support for the Directors such as organizing travel arrangements, managing itineraries, and filing expense reports correctly and efficiently.
