How our hybrid model works:
This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Monday and Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.Merchandize and socialize marketing & business results with broader stakeholder groups across the Partnerships, Card, and Enterprise.

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 5 years of experience in marketing or project management
At least 2 years experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
2+ years of experience in the retail industry
1+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
