•Perform testing, troubleshooting, routine maintenance tasks, and repairs of equipment and systems including pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronics as well as lathes, 5 axis machines, robots, and traditional equipment such as furnaces in a safe and efficient manner using established policies and procedures
•Perform Root Cause Analysis of equipment breakdowns and identify corrective actions to reduce future downtime
•Read and understand technical drawings (blueprints, electrical and mechanical schematics)
•Prepare and update equipment records, including work orders
•Work as a team member with other technicians, contractors, and operations to ensure reliable operation with limited downtime
•Schedule repairs with ISC supervision
•Communicate to supervision/leadership and other team members, both verbally and/or in writing regarding equipment status
•Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to understand workload and record actions
•5S of workspace
•Ability to lift 35 pounds
•Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
•High School Diploma
One year of maintenance experience on industrial equipment such as lathes, routers, and other production machinery
•Positive, “can do” attitude

•Experience with a CMMS (SAP)
