You will partner closely with senior leaders across Amazon, and frequently influence their programs & product roadmaps. One day you may be contributing to strategy documents, and another day developing your engineering talent. You will also regularly improve product operational metrics and drive operational excellence initiatives that measurably improve your team’s productivity and job satisfaction.

- 4+ years of engineering team management experience

- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
