Chem Engineering student/Intern placement. The role reports to an Operations lead or delegate

What you will do:

Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following as applicable:

• Providing support to production teams including support to daily operations, problem solving/issue resolution and driving continuous improvement.
• Liase directly with production shift managers to drive process improvements and optimisations using downtime data analysis, product CPV data etc. in order to sustain and improve product quality, yields and production throughput.

What skills you will need:

In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have:

• Have excellent communication skills and technical writing skills.
• Have strong problem-solving skills.
• Be studying towards a bachelors or postgraduate degree in Chemical or Process Engineering or a Science related discipline.
