ServiceNow Developer - Industrial Workspace & OTM Asset Management

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Your key responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Industrial Workspace and OTM Asset Management modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver custom solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Contribute to the development lifecycle, from design through to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Lead and mentor junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Solid experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and a track record of successful implementations.
  • Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Java).
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Familiarity with software development best practices and a commitment to maintaining high code quality.
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 2-5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience, with a focus on Industrial Workspace and OTM Asset Management.
  • ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Knowledge of German or other European languages is a plus.
  • Experience in leading project teams and driving discussions with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a technical or economic field is preferred.
