QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: A three- or four-year Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as an Investment Banking Analyst, Global Markets Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as an Investment Banking Analyst, Global Markets Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Corporate finance and accounting; Public company takeover defense strategies; Analyzing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transaction structures, Legal structuring and tax aspects; Buyside, sell-side, and structured M&A transactions; Non-disclosure agreements, term sheets, offer letters, and legal agreements; Financial models, including business operating models such as revenue and cost models; Performing analyses, including value creation analysis, contribution analysis, internal rate of return analysis, sum-of-the-parts and synergy analysis; Financial modeling, valuation, and analytics, including discounted cash flow, comparable companies and precedent transaction valuation methodologies; Financial market data tools, including Microsoft Office Suite; Bloomberg; ThomsonOne; and BlackBerry Works.

Full-Time. Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year.
