- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
- 4 years of experience managing projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- PMP, Scrum, Agile project management certification, CCNA, CCNP, and/or other certifications in network technologies or similar.
- 5 years of management experience leading technical and customer-facing teams.
- Experience managing technical vendors and leading quarterly business reviews.
- Experience in planning, designing, and implementing change/transformational programs.
- Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and success in leading large complex programs at a global level.
- Ability to work as a member of a highly integrated cross-functional team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
