What you'll be doing:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.

• Keep a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space.

• Complete daily inventory reports perform cycle counts and report any discrepancies.

• Follow quality service standards and align with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• Ability to follow the defined work schedule and carry out all duties that are assigned by a manager to ensure workflow and efficiency.

What we need to see:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with computer systems and inventory management software, such as SAP, Excel, words, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and tracking systems.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment, with knowledge of International and domestics shipments.

• Inventory control and cycle management.

• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, with certification preferred.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds and walk for extended periods of time.

• Effective communication skills enabling clear interactions with colleagues and internal customers.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills to ensure accurate process and distribution of the products.

• Ability to follow defined schedules and carry out assigned duties to maintain workflow and efficiency.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience in SAP Receiving and inventory ERP systems.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and people skills.

• Knowledge & experience working with NPI products in a fast-paced environment.
