Your key responsibilities

As a Supervising Associate you will manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for defined/specific business area(s). Be Responsible for ensuring candidates have an exceptional candidate experience and work independently to plan and deliver business area(s) campus recruitment strategy with little or no supervision. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Increase engagement of key business stakeholders across service lines by building and developing network and relationships
  • Develop recruitment plans – for graduate and intern hires
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to support the MENA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda
  • Build relationships with educational institutions and relevant government authorities and develop networks to support candidate identification
  • Engage with business stakeholders and obtain their involvement in the selection process – assessments, interviews and recruitment days etc.
  • Manage the internship program and increase conversion rates to graduate programs
  • Consult with the MENA Recruitment and Employer Branding teams to design sourcing and candidate engagement strategies to support recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop detailed recruitment plans for campus activities that includes initiatives to support Early Candidate Identification.
  • Deliver presentations and workshops on campus and internally.
  • Event management (Virtual and physical)

Skills and attributes for success

  • Adding value by demonstrating a thorough understanding of trends and market knowledge of sector applying knowledge and experience to inform actions and adapt sourcing plans and improve recruitment processes
  • Planning, organising and delivering appropriate recruitment plans based on a thorough understanding of recruitment methods and concepts working with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrating an understanding of assessment methods e.g. competency-based interviewing, psychometric testing, technical testing and assessment centres
  • Collaboration with regional and functional leads (campus recruitment, experienced hire recruitment and employer branding)

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Approximately 6-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably from a professional services environment
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of recruiting end to end attracting candidates from a variety of sources - resourcing candidates recruitment systems, universities, campus events, career fairs and referrals

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Ability to quickly pick up full account management of key recruitment areas and able to establish their self as a valued and trusted recruitment business partner
  • Able to work independently but able to readily identify when to share information with immediate team (for knowledge or best practise) or when to escalate significant issues
