What you'll do...
The Associate Product team creates the journey for our associates from hire to retire. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for building workforce management tools that create a best-in-class experience that makes people want to come work for Walmart and see the endless opportunities they’ll find once they arrive. It’s our job to make it easy for associates and keep things simple. At Walmart, you’ve got the opportunities to make a difference in the lives of our 1.5M+ associates. In this role, you’ll work on workforce planning and scheduling products and collaborate with many cross functional teams to develop solutions, while listening to our associates to ensure that we meet their needs.
