- Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights in both digital and traditional media.
- Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.
