Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
Experience facing clients in sales, customer support, account management, marketing or consulting.
Understanding of Google Ads, Digital Platforms and online marketing best practices.
Ability to deliver against an assigned quota while managing multiple projects at a time, and to develop and grow executive-level relationships with clients.
Ability to be detail oriented and skilled in analyzing data, creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
