Your role:

  • Managing / handling part of the End-to-end Planning, design, build, test, deploy and run the platforms for both Functional and non-functional requirements in line with planned budget, resources and timelines, working effectively with partners and Philips staff.

  • The lifecycle management of the Platform including cost management, Security and Compliance guidelines.

  • Participating or leading in internal capability-building initiatives, Sourcing and Utilization Management.

  • Interfacing with the other platform teams wherever required and ensure delivery of business demands.

  • Enabling the business by using best practices, tools, techniques, methodologies like Lean, Agile, DevSecOps and save costs and efforts to both IT and business.

  • Organizing Partner Teams in line with Sourcing contracts, manage their delivery, service, and finance performance.

  • Reducing of critical incidents that lead to unplanned downtime of system or critical functionality.

  • Overseeing large sized programs / platform and deliver on multiyear roadmap.

  • Engaging with Architects, Business Process experts, Solution Architects, Platform Analyst and DevOps team to deliver on the solution/ service as per the business requirement.

  • Managing the cross-platform dependency working with the multi-disciplinary teams to deliver programs.

  • Determining risks, define corrective actions and tracks the progress.

  • Managing and appropriately escalating the impediments to the relevant partners for successful delivery.

  • Continuously reporting out on the program and service delivery performance.

  • Project and Program Management skills

  • Platform Lifecycle Management experience

    Expertise in end-to-end platform management, including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
    Knowledge of platform lifecycle management principles, including cost management and lifecycle maintenance.

  • Technical Proficiency

    Strong understanding of cloud, analytical- and data governance platforms, infrastructure, and services (e.g., Azure, Qlik/PowerBI, Informatica IDMC).
    Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, Agile methodologies, and Lean principles.

  • Risk Management experience

    Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the project or program.
    Familiarity with risk management frameworks and tools.

  • Vendor and Sourcing Management experience

    Experience in managing vendor relationships, contracts, and performance, including sourcing strategy and cost optimization.

  • Cross-Platform Integration experience

    Experience with cross-platform dependency management and integration across different systems and platforms.

  • Extensive
    Data and Analytics Experience and knowledge

    Proficiency in data management, analytics, and reporting tools, enabling continuous monitoring and reporting of program performance.

  • Budget and Cost Management

    Expertise in managing large budgets, optimizing costs, and ensuring financial accountability within projects and services.

  • Communication and Reporting skills as well as strong collaboration capabilities

    Ability to create detailed reports and presentations to communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams, including technical teams and business leaders.
    Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Leadership and People Management skills and experience

    Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
    Experience in leading and mentoring teams, including partner teams, to achieve common goals.

  • Problem-Solving skills, techniques and experience

    Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions quickly in high-pressure situations.

  • Ability to adapt easily

    Flexibility and adaptability in managing changing requirements, timelines, and priorities.

    Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical capabilities.
