Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in investigating potential policy violations and drafting timely investigation report.
Preferred qualifications:
Professional certifications like Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
Experience in designing and implementing access management policies and procedures, ability to manage user provisioning and deprovisioning processes, skill in conducting access reviews and auditing user permissions.
Experience in identity and access management systems and platforms, knowledge of system access authentication methods, and understanding of authorization protocols.
Understanding of security principles and best practices, awareness of relevant security standards and regulations, and ability to identify and mitigate security risks related to access control.
Excellent communication skills and engage with relevant parties and employees throughout investigation processes.
