Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience with data manipulation, EDMS taxonomy and metadata, and BIM/VDC model management with maximum reuse of IP (e.g. models and documentation).
- 2 years of experience with project management and leading teams, with experience managing several projects at once within project management applications (e.g., Asana, Jira, etc.).
- 2 years of experience in managing cross-functional projects through the complete lifecycle, including leading process improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Understanding of document control principles, metadata management, and taxonomy structure.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize efficiently, and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to design effective, scalable solutions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to facilitate interactions with end-users, teams, and stakeholders.
