Technical Excellence

1. Tender Management (GEM / CPP Portals)

• Manage end-to-end tender process on GEM/CPP government portals
• Prepare and issue tender documents (technical and commercial)
• Create comparative statements and file notes
• Support in preparation of Purchase Orders (POs) and contract documents

1. Procurement & Vendor Management

• Handle full procurement cycle from requisition to PO release
• Manage vendor registration, evaluation, and coordination
• Support annual rate contract formulation and renewals

1. Documentation & Systems

• Maintain procurement documentation and reports accurately
• Work on MS Excel and Word for reports and analysis
• Experience with SAP MM module preferred

Qualification

• B.Tech (mandatory)

Skills & Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in procurement (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of vendor management, contract management, PO release, and tender processes
• Experience in Energy / Power sector preferred
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Familiarity with SAP MM module is an advantage
• Fluent in written English due to heavy documentation work
