Your key responsibilities
As a Manager in Revenue Assurance, you will lead and manage engagements that focus on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue streams. You will work closely with clients to identify areas of risk and implement strategies to mitigate those risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
As part of the role, the candidate is expected to:
- Manage and oversee Revenue Assurance engagements from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve revenue processes and controls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during engagements, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Identify potential risks related to revenue recognition and billing processes, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Conduct thorough analyses of revenue streams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Manage multiple assignments and related project teams.

- Mentor and coach junior team members, enabling them to meet their performance goals and successfully grow their careers
- Manage the engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant professional qualification such as CA, ACCA,CIA
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or a related field, with a focus on revenue assurance or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
