Quality Engineering Intern

For more than 60 years, the brand Honeywell at Stará Turá has been connected to high-end, cutting-edge gas measuring and controlling equipment. Today, HON Stará Turá produces gas pressure regulators for low, medium, and high pressure in addition to turbine, rotary, and diaphragm metres. Stara Tura explores digitalization, automatic remote data read-out devices, and data gathering and evaluation systems. The portfolio of gas-focused products is completed by turnkey gas regulating and measuring stations of all sizes or test rigs for calibrating custody transfer gas metres.

Key requirements

Form creation and indicators: Developing new forms and indicators as needed to monitor quality.

Analysis of non-conforming parts: Participating in the analysis of non-conforming parts and complaints to identify the causes of issues.

Recordkeeping and management of scrap and non-conforming products: Ensuring the documentation of scrap materials and managing non-conforming products in accordance with internal and external standards.

Support and reporting: Assisting quality technicians and inspectors with analyses and preparing materials for quality reporting and updating indicators.

Key skills and qualifications

You must be enrolled in a technical degree program, preferably graduating within 12 months of completing Bachelor´s, Master´s, or PhD. in a technical field. Focus areas include engineering, quality management, statistics, etc.

You have technical thinking and are comfortable with collecting and analyzing data.

You can communicate in English at least at a lower-intermediate level.

You are proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.

It is possible for you to work directly in the office in Stará Turá (home office or remote work is not an option).
