You will join our Technology Solutions group within the wider Transportation business unit and, as an experienced colleague, you will support with project delivery and the technical mentoring of the wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • Head design on projects liaising with clients and with other Jacobs teams to support growth;
  • Manage technical excellence and safety in design within team deliverables;
  • Manage our input to projects, including, forecasting and coordinating delivery to programme and budget;
  • Resource management for the delivery of projects;
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and Jacobs’ Health and Safety culture.
Here's what you'll need
  • Experience in delivering and managing ITS design solutions;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal);
  • Thorough understanding of using design standards;
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as a part of team;
  • Experience of the financial management and control of projects;
  • Professional Membership of a recognised industry Institute / Institution.
