How you’ll spend your day
  • Align opportunities and collaborate with key executives and stakeholders to synchronize account opportunities with Teva's business objectives
  • Foster relationships with hospital networks and healthcare providers to boost Teva's influence in the healthcare sector
  • Tailor strategy and work with Sales Marketing and other teams to create customized strategies for various customer segments including wholesalers hospitals pharmacies and distributors
  • Facilitate and manage executive interactions to ensure seamless strategy execution
  • Lead and drive negotiations and initiatives with hospital accounts and key customers
  • Spearhead strategic projects that align with Teva's strategic goals and market needs
  • Engage and lead a team of highly skilled professionals
  • Collaborate with product management market research and new product launch teams to develop programs and strategies for new and existing products
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships across key business units ensuring leadership is informed and involved in account strategy
Your experience and qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience and expertise within the generic pharmaceutical industry in various related fields of accountability (Corporate Retail or Hospital sales and/or Product Marketing BD financial analysis etc.
  • Experience in generic pharmaceuticals is required
  • Ideally 5+ years of proven leadership experience with strong leadership skills including influencing coaching and development of employees
  • Robust financial acumen
  • In-depth knowledge of business analytics in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to read interpret and present to executives Ability to communicate in French is an asset
  • Proficiency in Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to handle ambiguous problems and influence others
  • Proficient in building and leading teams through collaboration and honesty and able to work effectively through complexities and organizational transformation
  • Demonstrated capability to handle competing priorities effectively through excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic global matrix-based environment
  • A self-starter with a hands-on approach
  • Results-oriented and entrepreneurial
  • Confident driven and dynamic leader
  • Open to change and able to think outside the box
  • Possesses a high level of business ethics integrity and professionalism
  • Travel requirement: 15-25%
