Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on goals and objectives for Freedom events and experiences.
  • Manage event execution end-to-end including relationship management with execution agency partners.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute on-site, in-person experiences.
  • Lead the execution of cardmember package build to drive sales and attendance. (where applicable)
  • Liaison with the Freedom line of business, servicing teams, brand, social media, paid media, marketing, and controls teams throughout the event lifecycle
  • Lead onsite activation in partnership with key agency partners
  • Responsible for delivering and readout of key performance indicators for events.
  • Identify and enable key best practices and innovation opportunities across branded cards
