Manage consistent execution of core HR Processes in full compliance with adidas Group policies and local regulations
Highlight local business and organization priorities to CoE to ensure needs and requirements are embedded in new initiatives, programs and systems
Use data, analysis and dashboards to shape organizational initiatives
Lead the local HR team by instilling a “one HR team” mindset across the HR disciplines locally

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in a multinational company ideally with experience in HR Management, Rewards, Talent or business function
Experience in handling complex employee relations environments and diverse geographies
Experience in leading an HR team
