Job Title: Senior Manager BA
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 12+ years’ experience in leading payments transformation, payments system modernization or implementing greenfield/brownfield payment systems and services.
- Expert in developing solutions for responding to client RFP/RFIs
- Experience in developing new age payments solutions like Payment-as-a-Service, Mobile Payment Channels, BNPL services, POS solutions and Blockchain based cross border payments solutions- desirable.
- Strong experience in understanding and solutioning New digital channels in the payments landscape e.g. Instant Payments apps, wallets, C2B, C2C, B2B and B2C modes of payment transfers.
- Strong knowledge and experience across Payments domain, specifically Mobile payments, and other Omni channel platforms.
- Knowledge of current business trends (e.g., EPI, CBDCs) and technological market trends (e.g., Hybrid Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, Digital, Microservices / APIs)
- Well versed with Mobile payments architecture and interfacing with supporting systems and applications.
- Experience with latest Mobile payments technologies (e.g. NFC) and P2P digital wallets/applications like Paypal, Apple, Venmo, Zelle etc.
- Demonstrable payment processing and clearing knowledge especially data mapping and modelling to support triaging issues raised in development and production
- Proven track record of successfully leading multiple projects and change management initiatives in a fast-paced and complex environment including liaising with external third party companies as necessary.
- Experience in business development and sales of consulting services and projects to senior levels of client’s organization
- Extensive experience in the delivery of complex consulting services projects within the Financial Services Industry, focussed on Payments and Cards domain.
- Experience in working on large payments transformation programs for Financial Institutions, thus leading to effective stakeholder management across the program.
- Sound knowledge of upstream and downstream systems in payments landscape like Crore banking, Compliance, FX, Advising, Billing etc.
Skills and experience
- BE/BTech+ MBA candidates with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in client facing consulting roles
- Expert in Microsoft power point and Excel. Should have hands on experience in developing complex payments solutions, client proposals and build RFP/RFI responses
- Bring deep industry expertise in payments & digital banking and large-scale payments modernization programs
- Provide innovative ideas with our clients to explore disruptive strategies that create business value, including usage of new age technologies, such as Blockchain and AI.
