Strategic Oversight
- Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; ensure compliance.
- Partner with India and global Senior Managers to help drive the initiatives effectively.
Operational Management
- Oversee daily BAU operations (GFIMO Analytics and related functions).
- Continuously improve processes for efficiency and error reduction.
- Act as the escalation point for operational issues.
- Driving results will be essential.
Project Management
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Engage with key stakeholders (AMS Ops, PAG, FO Teams, IT, controls, IA teams).
- Oversee implementation of new systems and processes.
Leadership and Team Management
- Provide direction and foster a high-performance culture.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provides constructive feedback.
- Unbiased Performance Management of Team
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and present reports on BAU controls, project status, governance packs and risk management.
- Maintain clear communication channels within the team and with other departments.
Innovation and Technology
- Work with IT to integrate new technologies.
- Utilize data analytics for operational insights and improvements.
- Hands on experience with tools such as Alteryx, Python will be added advantage
Client and Relationship Management
- Understand client needs and ensure high-quality service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
