RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform inspections to ensure product quality.
- Test parts and raw materials for compliance.
- Monitor and verify quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvements in quality control processes.
- Ensure adherence to specifications and customer requirements.
- Record observations on non-conformance and take appropriate actions.
- Audit quality control programs to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop specifications and procedures to enhance quality practices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and demonstrate a high level of motivation and self-drive.
- Support shipping of products and activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct inspections in accordance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) and Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) regulations.
MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector in an electronic manufacturing environment.
WE VALUE
- Experience in Aerospace Electronic Manufacturing.
- Experience working in a manufacturing/repair environment under Transport Canada/FAA regulations.
- Knowledge of AS 9100 standards.
- Familiarity with labeling requirements.
- Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the quality control inspection field.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use tools and techniques to perform tests.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively and clearly convey important information.
- Proficiency in reading technical data and specifications.
