Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates will typically have 4 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.
Ability to work non-standard hours (including on-call rotations, evening and overnight hours), weekends, holidays, and shift-based schedules.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with spreadsheets, databases SQL, and data analysis.
Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
Experience applying policy to online content, while making accurate judgment calls regarding appropriate and violative content.
Experience working with international issues across multiple geographies, including freedom of expression, child safety, or online controversial content.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in a constantly changing environment.
Ability to communicate in either Polish, Arabic, German, or Turkish fluently to review content in these languages.
