Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates will typically have 4 years of experience in a policy, legal, Trust and Safety, or technology environment.
- Ability to work non-standard hours (including on-call rotations, evening and overnight hours), weekends, holidays, and shift-based schedules.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with spreadsheets, databases SQL, and data analysis.
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
- Experience applying policy to online content, while making accurate judgment calls regarding appropriate and violative content.
- Experience working with international issues across multiple geographies, including freedom of expression, child safety, or online controversial content.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to communicate in either Polish, Arabic, German, or Turkish fluently to review content in these languages.
