Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Interpret data and results based on the analysis of information and application of professional judgement
  • Apply project management to assist operational projects as assigned
  • Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow
  • Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise
  • Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members, as needed
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience


This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

Main responsabilities:

  • Ensure that all financial and non-financial controls are followed during the Real Estate Companies process.
  • Work very closely with Compliance and Controller teams to ensure Real Estate Companies records are maintained in full compliance with CRS Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) and Citi’s Policy and Procedures.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure data warehouse is monitored and maintained properly.
  • Manages data quality by overseeing data entered to ensure that the system is appropriately complete and accurate.
  • Responsible to resolve issues and data discrepancies with the Third Party service providers.
  • Perform process improvements to more effectively retrieve data from different sources to develop reports for analyzing real estate data in conjunction with other data coming in from feeds (i.e. HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure data integrity.
  • Abstraction and interpretation of legal documents (e.g. deeds, lease agreements).
  • Specific requirements include the development of various custom reports and analysis, while ensuring business as usual (BAU) functions continue without interruption.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to CRS's MCA.
  • Assist in audit, external revisions and compliance efforts for CRS and addressing any gaps identified.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Supervisor
  • Exposure across CRS regions, Financial Reporting Organization (FRO) and others Regional and Citi Service Center (CSC) groups
  • Working with local & remote teams across a large geographic area

  • Attention of local regulatory requirements (e.g. deliverables with CNBV).
  • Work in partnership with Transactions in execution of the CRS Mexico sale strategy, as responsible of owned portfolio.
  • Management of investment instrument and Bank Accounts of the Real Estate Companies.
  • Administration of fixed asset of Real Estate Companies.
  • Administration of Intercompany lease agreements, as Landlord.
  • Accounting acknowledge in order to monitor and review the Real Estate legal vehicles.
  • Execution and administration of payments (Taxes and Service provider).
