About the role

• seekinga dynamic and detail-oriented intern to join our Chief TechnologyOffice(CTO) divisionat our Singapore Technology Center, which is part of a global network, working closely with our othercentersaround the world.In this role, you willprimarilywork with our product manager and UX specialist in addition to key stakeholders under the CTO division to create andmaintainour intranet sites, ensuring they align with our branding guidelines and adhere to high-quality standards across all graphical elements.Moreover, you will also be supporting other ad-hoc events or initiatives organised by CTOs.

Main responsibilities

• in streamlining and reducing number of pages withintheintranet to enhance usability and efficiency

• Aid in organising events and updating relevant intranet sites, ensuring all content isup-to-date

• Support the revamping of SharePoint sites to make them more user-friendly and visually appealing

• Ensure adherence to branding guidelines andmaintainhigh-quality standards across all graphical elements on SharePoint sites

• Provide assistancewith various ad-hoc events related to CTO division
