Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in microgrid design and implementation, including experience with renewable energy integration and energy storage systems.
- 5 years of experience using power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP, SKM, PSCAD, or similar) and data analysis tools.
- 5 years of experience in power systems engineering, with a focus on electrical studies, power modeling, and data center or mission-critical environments.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems or related field.
- Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing using platforms like RTDS or OPAL-RT.
- Experience with Bayesian modeling and analytics for optimizing power system performance and reliability.
- Advanced knowledge of communication/signaling protocols used in power engineering and familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) and building codes.
