TAX - LAW - Legal Managed Services :

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

· General corporate law advisory works pertaining to Companies Act 2013 and SEBI Regulations.

· Advising on legal and compliance issues relating to requirements under corporate laws, SEBI & RBI laws, statutory approvals and filings etc.

· Issuing advisory memos on various issues relating to corporate and securities law across various sectors.

· Vetting of transaction documents such as share purchase/ share subscription/ shareholders agreements, joint ventures agreements.

· Good knowledge of legal issues and keeps abreast of developments in law.

Your key responsibilities

As a Consultant, you will be a key resource on client engagement.

· Be up to date with key technical and functional skills, and industry trends

Qualification

· Graduate and Member of ICSI

Prior experience working as consulatant or advsors
