What you will do:
Oversee the work of a subset of the PSAP team - providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies and performance engineering to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team
Work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate performance considerations throughout the product life cycle
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring timely delivery of team’s work
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting technical concepts and performance metrics in an understandable manner.
What you will bring:
3 years of experience
Experience in AI, machine learning, or deep learning technologies.
Background in performance engineering, optimization techniques, and system architecture
Experience with performance profiling, benchmarking, and analysis tools
Understanding of distributed systems, and cloud infrastructures
Knowledge of Kubernetes, and Linux
Proven experience in managing and mentoring technical teams
Experience in setting team goals, conducting performance evaluations, and planning career development
The following will be considered a plus:
Masters degree or Phd in Computer Science or related fields
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Programming proficiency
The salary range for this position is $163,420.00 - $269,640.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
