  • Supports the International LFO in providing the dedicated Finance coverage to the Head of International. The role is set up to navigate the complex and broad nature of issues facing the International franchise.
  • Works with local management and global/local finance on certain strategic actions and issue resolution ensuring consistency in identification and execution.
  • Supports Client analytics and Competitor Analysis for International in addition to broader ad hoc / special project analytics.
  • Works with regional partners in Finance and business, offering insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
  • Manages forward looking processes, partnering with FP&A, including forecasts, strategic/operating plans, monthly outlooks, and review results against plans monthly.
  • Drives end to end expense management for the International segment including delivering Plan and ensuring resourcing aligns with strategic priorities.
  • Leads detailed review of the entire International cost base and drive right-placing or rationalization of expenses including managing the productivity program to identify saves.
  • Partners with the business to effectively manage resourcing needs across International, including headcount (detailed tracking of attrition / replacement and ensuring proper organizational structure is in place), T&E, Advertising & Marketing (including sponsorship tracking and tracking vs. FBE), etc.
  • Creates ad-hoc analyses for business review purposes and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in financial services
  • Demonstrated financial modeling skills with the ability to drive top down strategic and operational plan
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and interact at all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
