How you’ll spend your day
  • Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to drive brand performance and market share.
  • Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-person events.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, regulatory, and finance to align on brand objectives and strategies.
  • Manage the brand’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Oversee new product launches, including go-to-market planning, promotional activities, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, and external partners.
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a track record of product launch success in the pharmaceutical, life science or healthcare industry in Australia
  • Proven experience in leading brand strategy and managing large-scale marketing campaigns
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical, clinical & marketing data relating to product or industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build professional and strategic relationships
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in neurology and psychiatry and with digital marketing is desirable
  • Experience in Veeva essential
