Job Description
As an experienced professional in Product and Execution for the Collections & Recovery product, you thrive at managing complex technology initiatives that have far-reaching implications for clients, employees, and stakeholders throughout the firm. As part of the Product Delivery team, you will be responsible for driving end-to end execution for initiatives in the prioritized product roadmap. You'll work closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver initiatives that are broadly applicable. You will play an integral role in ensuring that initiatives you lead are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture. Just as importantly, you'll work with the teams to set goals, foster collaboration, and promote the values, culture, and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Job Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication
- Maintains a deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, roadmap, technical and operational
- Strong focus on risk and controls
- Partner with PO’s/APO’s/Agility Leads/Designers to confirm impacts and scope across teams
- Monitor Jira hygiene and enforces Jira standards
- Management of IT and non-IT work
- Release Management and communication
- Proactive identification & management of issues and impediments
- Support the Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement across the team in order to drive efficiencies and improve the overall effectiveness of agile
- Manage dependencies, including inside and outside of product area
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
- Strong understanding of Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
- Expert knowledge in business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
- Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
- Expertise working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience using Jira
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- PMP and/or Agile certification is preferred
