As a Regulatory Reporting Professional in our Finance team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with lines of business & key stakeholders to understand their products, how data is captured, and how to strategically source data into a cloud based big data architecture.
• Provide leadership in defining and executing project deliverables, including business requirements, testing, operating model assessments, and implementation
• Lead analysis to identify solutions, influencing stakeholders to support recommendations
• Manage the end-to-end SDLC lifecycle from requirements gathering to grooming to development to testing and deployment
• Identify project risks and issues, escalating issues and roadblocks to managers and stakeholders as needed
• Monitor the implementation post go-live, and remediate resulting issues
• Provide project updates on various forums, tailoring messages based on seniority of audience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum 7 years of related professional experience as a Program Manager and/or Business Analyst
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge and experience of traditional credit and trading products (e.g., loans, deposits, cash, assets under custody, investment securities, long term debt)
• Knowledge of data & business intelligence concepts including ETL, data modeling, report automation, and/or dashboarding
• Strong skills interacting with data including using SQL to query
• Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions from large volume and complex data, define solutions with a control mindset, and effectively communicate them to project stakeholders
• Strong team-orientation, partnership and leadership skills; experience working with and influencing key stakeholders in driving strategic decisions and preparing succinct presentations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree and PMP certification a plus
• Experience with Agile delivery, JIRA and Confluence is preferred
