Your key responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality UX/UI solutions by creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes—directly executing all stages of the design process for digital products.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of designers, making critical design decisions, setting direction, and ensuring design excellence throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and clients, providing expert advice, gathering requirements, conducting user interviews and usability tests, and validating concepts to align solutions with business goals.
- Work cross-functionally with developers, business analysts, and other teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, addressing technical constraints, and maintaining alignment with project objectives.

- Proficiency in design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
- Open mind, deep diving into the challenges and eagerness to constantly learn and self-develop.
- Ability to employ latest Agile & Lean UX methods and work with Business, Project & Development, BA teams to create and deliver Design, UI & UX offerings.
- Understanding the limitations of client/ internal tech stacks, ecosystems or business model and provide design advice where necessary.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Full working proficiency in English and German (oral and written)
- 9+ years of hands-on experience in design industry and 5+ years of experience in UX/UI
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing design projects.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Vertical & Industry Experience in Health, Insurance, Public sector or Banking/Finance.
- Proven experience in designing and developing mobile and web applications, including end-to-end app design processes.
- Knowledge of user research, usability testing, analytics, and metrics.
- Design Systems and prototyping abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to design and facilitate workshops.
