As a Sr Offering Management Specialist

You will report directly to our Offering Management Lead andyou’ll work out of our Houston location on a 2/3 hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact strategic leadership, revenuegrowth, innovation, customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, resourceallocation, risk management, and cost-efficiency.

• Develop and execute offering strategies todrive growth and profitability
• Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
• Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, andgo-to-market strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growthopportunities
• Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenueoptimization strategies
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and markettrends
• Provide leadership and guidance to the offering management team

•Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in offering management or related roles
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
•Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
•Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
•Experience in plant operations
• Strong analytical and market research skills
• An understanding of Advanced Process Control (APC), and Blending and Movement
•Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
