Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting warehouse or manufacturing environments, with a focus on process mapping and process improvements.
Experience in SQL querying, data manipulation, and reporting.
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Spanish with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Workspace (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
Experience identifying issues in processes, creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
Experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients, working with third-party logistics partners and extended workforce providers.
Familiarity with BlueYonder TMS.
Ability to transition between program work and needs.
