Your role:

  • Oversee scheduling, performance, and daily operations of Clinical Wireless employees, ensuring smooth floor performance and providing technical support to both staff and customers.

  • Identify and implement operational improvements while actively participating in interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Foster the growth and development of team members through mentorship and coaching, while playing a key role in the creation and enforcement of policies, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with leadership to optimize team effectiveness.

  • Work closely within the Clinical Wireless Monitoring department to track key performance indicators, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality standards and promoting a collaborative work environment.

  • This role requires working from 9:00pm to 7:30am EST (four 10-hour shifts) including a weekend and holiday rotation.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) and an active CRAT/CCT certification or obtain one within 180 days from the date of hire.

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Sr. Wireless Monitoring Technician, 1+ years of experience as a Clinical Wireless Monitoring Lead Technician or 3+ years of ECG rhythm interpretation experience; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.

  • Your skills include a high technical aptitude, advanced computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software. You are adept at working across various technological platforms, easily adapting to change, and leading a team with confidence, additionally, you possess strong ECG rhythm interpretation skills, ensuring accurate assessments and optimal outcomes.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .

  • You’re an energetic people leader and team player with excellent communication skills, capable of thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and remaining flexible. Additionally, strong listening and patience are key attributes.

The pay range for this position in Norfolk, VA is $62,250 to $99,600.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
